Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan team up for Sajid Nadiadwala's 'Housefull 3'

Mumbai: Bollywood's famous filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala has signed two fabulous actors of B-Town for the third part of his popular film franchise, "Housefull". The filmmaker has roped in his favourite man Akshay Kumar along with Bollywood's talented actor Abhishek Bachchan.

After the gap of nearly 12 years, both the stars are teamed up for "Housefull 3" as they both were last seen together in "Haan Maine Bhi Pyaar Kiya (2008)".

The film will be a second directorial venture of the writer duo Sajid-Farhad. Their debut "It's Entertainment" is scheduled to go floor in the mid of June.

As per source, "The Housefull franchise is a promising one in the masala entertainment space. "Housefull 2" is in the 100-crore club. Sajid plans to keep it going till the time he is able to rope in exciting actor combinations. Also, as long as he is able to find entertaining scripts."

Earlier, Akki has been in both the films of the franchise.

Let's see if this combination of both the stars could create the same magic like its other franchise.
