Last-Minute Halloween Makeup: Sugar Skull Tutorial

So I've been to most of the fancy dress shops around Cairo and somehow most of the costumes remind me of Mean Girls:

"Halloween is the one night a year when girls can dress like a total slut and no other girls can say anything about it."

After reading about the Sugar Skull concept, I decided to take a different track this year.

It looked awesome on Sandra Bullock (as seen in the picture above) and Fergie (see below) – almost unrecognizable, right?

You can easily use face paint to get the look, but it's great for last minute because it can be achieved with regular makeup products found on every girl's vanity.

So if you have less than hour to get ready, just pair this tutorial with a long black dress or a black hoodie and a black maxi skirt and you're good to go!
