Use a bain-marie to heat 45ml calendula oil, 6g shea butter and 2.5g beeswax. Allow them to melt together, then remove from the heat. Add 2g glycerine and whip until cool.

Oil and limewater liniment

Use a food mixer to blend together 50ml olive oil, 5ml jojoba oil, 5ml wheatgerm oil, 40ml limewater and 50 drops grapefruit seed extract. Stop when the mixture takes on a consistency like mayonnaise. Shake before each use.

Ylang-ylang: Essential for the body

A phial of ylang-ylang essential oil is sure to sort out your skin. Add 10 to 20 drops to 100ml sweet almond oil and use to massage your body: your skin will feel soft and relaxed.

A complexion of fresh flowers

Make up an equal mixture of rose petals, mallow petals and dried lime blossom. Plunge 100g of this mixture into 750ml water and leave to soak for 24 hours, then reduce it over a gentle heat and filter carefully. Deliciously soothing for the skin.
