ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif
Tuesday said the Pakistani nation was united in the fight against
terrorism and attacks against its citizens cannot lower its morale.
The
Prime Minister made the remarks during his visit to the Combined
Military Hospital (CMH) Rawalpindi, to enquire about health of those
injured recently in the Bannu and R.A. Bazar blasts.
Minister for Defence Khwaja Asif and Army Chief General Raheel Sharif accompanied the Prime Minister, a press release said.
Prime
Minister said that personnel of Armed Forces have rendered great
sacrifices in the war against terrorism and the nation was proud of
them.
"Those who have sacrificed their today for
ensuring a better tomorrow for our future generations, are our
benefactors," the Prime Minister said.
Muhammad Nawaz Sharif individually met the injured and enquired about their health.
He directed that the best available medical facilities be provided to the injured for their early recovery.
